Brian Lara "400 Not Out"
signed MRF Bat
On
the 3rd day of the fourth Test, West Indies
versus England at the Antigua Recreational Ground at
St. John’s in Antigua, West Indian cricketer Brian
Lara passed the previous World Individual Test Record
for runs in an Innings, held at 380 by Australian,
Matthew Hayden, when he scored “400 Not Out”.
The
Trinidadian left-hander faced 582 deliveries, hitting
43 fours and four sixes, setting a new mark just over
two hours into the third day in Antigua.
Lara,
who resumed the day 313 not out, shared an unbroken
partnership of 282 with Ridley Jacobs, who hit a
century himself to leave the home side 751-5 at the
post-lunch declaration.
In
recognition of this outstanding feat of cricketing
brilliance, this magnificent piece of rare sporting
memorabilia has been produced to forever remember this
special moment. Limited to only 400 World wide, this
signed bat will certainly prove a valuable collectors
